1.    Sit Straight – Always sit straight for reducing your back pain. If you work on computer and you have to sit for long time then you should keep your monitor at linear on your eyes and you sit straight while working. If you can not sit straight then use special tech chairs for sitting.

2.    Journey – While journey, you sit straight. It has been seen in survey that most of the people do not sit straight while journey. It creates problem in back muscles.

3.    Change Posture – While doing work, change your posture and give rest to your back. Try to be always relaxed from your back.

4.    Don’t Bend Yourself – When you desire to pick up something from bending then avoid it. You just sit and then pick your desired item. Bending creates problem in your back.

5.    Work According to Capacity – Do not take up huge weight for making your chest, and six pack abs. Try to carry weight according to your comfort.

6.    Exercise – Exercise is really very essential for getting fit body for always. Do exercise daily at least 15 minutes.

7.    Running & Walking – You must walk 3 kilo meters daily.

8.    Bed – Your bed should be supportive to your back. Take good bed for sleeping.
