Many people suffer from excessive sweat and sweat odor. There are many products available in market like deodorant and perfumes. Few products can harm your skin or health, so I am going to tell you natural way for preventing sweat and sweat odor.

Prevent Excessive Sweat and Prevent Sweat Odor
1.    Always try to take bath, whenever you feel dirty then take 15 min rest in cool place then go for bathing. Bath is very essential and good for your health.
2.    Try to put neem leaves in your water before bathing. If not available then bath from neem soap. Neem clears all bacteria.
3.    Save your self from hard sun shine. If not possible for you then use cloth mask or umbrella for saving your face or body.
4.    Do not wear skin tight clothes. It creates problem in your body and cause of rashes and odor.
5.    Try to wear cotton clothes instead of synthetic clothes. Cotton gives comfort and good for your skin.
6.    Take fruit juices and do not intoxicate.
